This is the test site for the International Ciao Rights Association, ICRA and is provisional in everything.
The obective is to achieve law reform in-line with the Royal Commission on Human Relationships Final Report, and as a basis for the organisation is the UN Declaration of Human Rights, the American Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights ( with various names in the UK, US, Canada etc. etc.
The finer details for the achievement of the Strategic Plan are to be worked out by our members, who are in agreement on the necessity of friendly and voluntary coooperation to achieve our common goal.
